How To Measure Your Box

The first dimension is always the longest dimension. The second dimension is the shortest dimension. The third dimension is the height (sometimes referred to as the "depth").

Remember to leave space for any extra padding you wish to use to protect your product. For example, if you are using bubble wrap to cushion the item then you should add at some space to each dimension.

Do you have a minimum order quantity? 

No, unlike many other New Zealand box makers we have no MOQ. This means you can order 1 or 50 at any time.

What is your turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 weeks for big orders and 5-7 days for samples. If you have an urgent request we can usually accommodate these. Turnaround times may be extended during busier times ie: Christmas.

Do you ship nationwide?

We ship nationwide across New Zealand to Urban and Rural addresses. 

What materials do you use? 

We use A Grade premium 12mm pine for our wooden boxes. The bases of our boxes are made from a 3mm materials (but can be solid pine if the goods going in them are heavy). Our lids are made from 3mm ply or 3mm Acrylic.

Can I have custom branding on my boxes?

Absolutely. We have an in-house laser engraving department and can work with you to include your branding on the boxes and/or lids. 

Is your wood FSC approved?

All our wood is from FSC approved suppliers, and certification can be provided if needed.
